This course is designed for new mums. Strengthen, lengthen & learn to fit your exercises around the baby's routine. Restore your core & pelvic floor. Learn simple practical movements to ease neck, shoulder & back pain. Optimise breathing, posture & your body alignement. How to balance exercise & rest. What are the simple steps to help your body restore. You can attend the classes with your baby (pre- crawlers welcome) From 6 weeks postnatal (vaginal delivery) , 10-12 weeks (c-section, to be discussed with the class instructor)
