About Us
Welcome to Physio&Wellness Physiotherapy Clinic, Bray, Co. Wicklow.

Physio & Wellness Hub founder, Anna Poznanska , is a Women’s Health Physiotherapist, Certified Low Pressure Fitness Instructor, Pilates Instructor, and Holistic Therapist. Anna is a member of the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists and registered with CORU.
For over 15 years she has devoted her professional development to women's health, incorporating physiotherapy and holistic therapies in her practice.
Anna holds certificates in Acupuncture, Massage, Maternity Reflexology, and Infant Massage.
As a working mum in her 40s, Anna took a deep dive into learning about perimenopause and menopause to serve women who are going through this often quite challenging transition.
She has trained with Integrative Women's Health Institute to achieve Perimenopause and Menopause Program Certificate, and she continues to research and deepen her knowledge of women's health and wellness to support her patiens in the most optimal way.
Working with women in perimenopause, menopause, and beyond, Anna follows a simple rule of 'addressing the systems of the body and systems of support, rather than chasing the symptoms' and achieves great results with her patients.
Anna believes that the best way to achieve a true sense of well-being is by combining traditional and holistic medicine and exercise. She treats women of all ages and stages of life and uses her expertise to achieve the best possible results with all her patients and help them reach their goals.
The team at Physio & Wellness Hub is dedicated to make you feel your very best. Your health and wellbeing is our aim.

Whatever age or stage in life, you should always look after yourself. Don't let pain or discomfort stop you. Don't accept dysfunction as 'normal', just because someone told you it is - IT'S NOT! Look for help. Believe in your body's ability to heal.
