With over a decade of experience helping women through all stages of life, I bring a background in health coaching (IWHI certified), women’s health physiotherapy, and specialized training in areas like perimenopause, menopause, constipation, and functional nutrition. This program is a commitment to your wellness (€375/month for four months, or €1500 in full). For those interested in a more flexible approach, I also offer lighter coaching options. Together, we’ll clarify your goals, review your health history, and work on mindset strategies for long-term well-being. You’ll gain access to recorded workshops, online resources, and a personalized plan to support your progress.

My role is to support you in cultivating sustainable habits of your own choosing rather than prescribing specific diets or routines. The middle of life brings its unique demands, from perimenopause symptoms and the balancing act of caring for both children and aging parents to simply feeling overwhelmed and fatigued. My role as your health coach is to support you in reclaiming your well-being. Together, we’ll identify what’s holding you back, focus on solutions, and empower you to determine the changes that will bring energy and vitality back into your life.

Additional Resources and Support: Along with one-on-one sessions, you’ll have access to a suite of resources, workshops, and tools to further support your journey. By the end of our program, you’ll have developed a roadmap for your well-being that aligns with your vision and have the knowledge and confidence to sustain your progress.

Using a range of coaching tools, we’ll start integrating the changes you feel comfortable with right from day one.
We’ll work on a schedule that fits your lifestyle, typically beginning with a weekly 60-minute call for the first 6–8 weeks, then moving to bi-weekly check-ins. The focus is always on your pace and on integrating positive, sustainable changes into your life. My role is to guide and support your transition to a more empowered, energized version of yourself.
