A combination of Pilates, breath work and myofascial meridians in movement makes this class a perfect choice to lengthen and strengthen your body. It will gently mobilise the joints and promote synergy in all the bodys systems.

 

Great class to prevent or/and ease aches, pains and strains and reprogram your body into more optimal allignment and promote good posture.
